Small Acreage Management

Pend Oreille County's population is growing rapidly. We experienced an increase of 31.6% from 1990 to 2000 -- mostly in unincorporated areas. WSU/Pend Oreille Extension provides this expanding audience of small-acreage landowners with effective, research-based information regarding forestry, agricultural enterprises, noxious weed management, wildfire preparedness, and land stewardship.
